ZonpakTM low melt bags are specially designed for packing rubber and plastic materials in the production process to improve the batch quality and uniformity.
Due to the property of low melting point and good compatibility with rubber, the bags together with the additives and chemicals packed can be direct put into an internal mixer or mill. These bags can easily melt and disperse into the rubber or plastic as an effective ingredient. So using the low melt bags can help eliminate dust and material fly loss, ensure accurate adding of additives, save time and reduce production cost.
Bag size and color can be customized at required.
